About this job

N/subs, Cape Town. Market related salary + ben. Require person with Grade 12, Diploma/Cert in Business Processing/Analytics/Project Management with previous experience in retail store cards, credit cards or loans and knowledge of MIS, BI, Project Office or Workforce Management.  A minimum of 2 yrs experience in a Call Centre or Financial Services environment as well as Business Process Management/Project Management is needed.  Will be required to analyse & design new business processes.  Work with other departments to deliver solutions, creating collaborative working relationships, using data & analytics to identify risks, as well as optimisation of business processes and procedures.  Please attach your CV with photo as a Word Document and kindly let me know what you are currently earning?
