Your primary purpose will be to implement and ensure the continuous optimisation of all the company’s Digital Marketing Strategies and Channels to ensure the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.





Contribute to the digital strategy ensuring it is aligned to the business long-term objectives.

Responsible for all new business targets and digital acquisition.

Manage the development, execution and optimisation of all paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile, SEM and SEO.

Responsible for Social Media lead generation.

Responsible for online content management.

Develop cross-sell, up-sell, rebound and retention initiatives as well as third party revenue streams.

Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing costs.

Analyse and report on customer behaviour and competitor market insights, advise on opportunities to enhance existing strategies and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practises in online marketing and identify other digital marketing channels to further generate traffic and revenue.

Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure that all outsourced efforts are high quality, cost effective and brand compliant (own brand and partners’ brands).

Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaigns.

Keep abreast of new technologies and ensure that the company is at the forefront of developments within the Digital Marketing industry.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Group requirements.

Mentor and manage your team to optimal performance.



Relevant Degree and Digital Marketing Course.

Minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing Management experience.

Google Adwords certified.

Retail, Agency or Financial Services experience.

Experience managing a Digital Team, external Agencies and Vendors.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email and display advertising campaigns.

Experience in Optimising Landing Pages.

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

Solid knowledge of Website Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture etc)

Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.

Working knowledge of Google Double Click Bid Manager.
