Customer Service Team Leader (Call Centre) (Ref 105)

About this job

N/subs.  Market related salary which include benefits.  Require person Grade 12 plus 24 months experience as a Customer Service Team Leader.  This position involves shift work Mon – Sun 08:00 – 21:00 including public holidays.  Will manage a team of ± 15 contact centre staff and set goals with team members covering performance, quality and development. 

 



Duties
