UNFORTUNATELY, THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED. Main Purpose: To take ownership and responsibility for the financial management of strategic partnerships within the Group. Key areas of accountability include stakeholder management, accounting, reporting, budgeting & forecasting.


Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder management ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Take responsibility for all financial management elements in relation to strategic partners within the Group, including dashboard reporting and ad-hoc requests from strategic partner stakeholders ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ensure that all requests received from strategic partners are managed and delivered on within the agreed upon timelines Reporting on Strategic Partners ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Prepare the monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly reporting information for distribution to the various internal and external stakeholders ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Responsible for monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly presentations and management packs for Steering Committee meetings relating to budget and actuals submissions ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Prepare monthly analytical reviews with commentary explaining material movements in all reporting information ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Prepare the monthly divisional reporting pack information for strategic partner divisions in the group and investigate all matters with business partners ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Calculate monthly / annual profit share values in accordance with the relevant contractual agreements Budget of Strategic Partners ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Assist with the budgeting activities in relation to strategic partners including book and income forecast, operating expenses, cost of risk and profit share calculations ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Responsible for the collation of information from various sources to prepare budgets for management and executive review ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Review budgets and provide insights into adjustments or additional information required for completing budgeting process Support provided to the Commercial Finance Manager & ad hoc projects ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Deliver on ad hoc projects / requests from the Commercial Finance Manager Minimum Requirements: ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Relevant Qualification in Accounting or studying towards an equivalent tertiary qualification ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Minimum 2 - 3 years relevant Finance experience ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Advanced MS Excel ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Advantageous: Exposure to Dynamics and Excel Insights Reporting Tool ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Advantageous: Financial Services and/ or Retail industry experience ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Business acumen and  commercial awareness ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Strong analytics skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Attention to detail (high quality and accuracy of output) ·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Planning and organizing
