UNFORTUNATELY, THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED. Our client, a Financial Services leader, is looking to hire a Digital Analyst to join their growing team. We are looking for an analytical team player with a Can-do attitude!The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing digital data as well as legacy data and must therefore be skilled and knowledgeable in traditional data analysis as well as digital analysis. 

Duties will include:

  • Digital reporting and analytics
  • Offer insight and recommendations that help shape and support the digital strategy
  • Have experience with Google Tag Manager, Web Trends, Double Click, etc
  • Experience of web-based reporting tools, such as Tableau or Cognos
  • Provide insight into the market and competitors with the aim of enhancing digital strategies
  • Executive presentations and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to the increase sales, optimise conversion and drive profitability 
  • Advanced analysis of site experience, customer paths, site design and creative/campaign performance to increase revenue
  • Identify those digital interactions that result in positive customer outcomes and make recommendation to enhance the experience and meet business objectives.
  • Marry offline data with digital analysis to give an overview of the complete customer experience
  • Be a subject matter expert on the performance of sales, service and support across desktop and mobile site experiences
  • Forecast sales and revenue site performance from traffic/demand to conversion
  • Optimise business performance through analytics and statistical modelling


 Candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered:

  • Relevant tertiary qualificationn
  • Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouse, flat data files, web-based interfaces
  • Strong SAS skills or SQL experience
  • 3- 5 years' experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience in using web based reporting tools (such as Tableau or Cognos)
  • Experience working with BI front-end tools to develop Proof of Concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for data analysis
  • Experience in Excel Pivot or PowerPivot
  • Advanced certification on Adobe Analytics, Site Catalyst, Google Analytics
